Why are annual contracts preferred and given a discount?

Because it offers foresight and vision into what you are planning. This allows us to mindmap well in advance what your site(s) may need. It allows us to commit deeper to learning your systems because we know that we’re your go to team for considerable time to come.

What is the turn around time for simple tasks?

Most simple tasks are completed within 24-48 hours! This depends on your plan level, and our availability flow. Sometimes we get stuck putting out fires! But our guarantee is that anything we classify with you as simple – will be done within 72 hours.

How do I know what time I have left / time is being used?

Visit your TWC Account Center. This will allow you to see timelog entries for the work performed.

Do you offer phone support?

We do not offer phone support. Phone support is expensive, and in the world of websites – ineffective. We do offer phone meeting, and planned consult phone support for annual Platinum and custom plan customers.
